File Menu "Close"

The "Close" menu item will halt any decoding/encoding or text conversion that may be
in progress.

If selected, it will close any files that are open.  If you are decoding a file containing
many uuencoded files you may, for instance, use "Close" to stop decoding after only one
file has been decoded.

The "Cancel" button in the progress window is functionally the same as the "Close"
menu item.
